Biography

Sammy Kudluk started carving and drawing at an early age. Kudluk works in various media including acrylic painting, silkscreen printing, line drawing, and sculpture. He explores subject matter in his works that include animals, spirits and shamanistic themes. Notably, he has produced several large-scale murals and stained glass windows. Kudluk currently resides in Kuujjuaq, Nunavik and is the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Inuit Art Foundation.View Long Biography and Citations
