Biography

Qaunaq Mikkigak is a multidisciplinary artist from Kinngait (Cape Dorset), NU. Mikkigak’s creativity has been channeled through a multitude of artistic practices including carving, graphic arts, singing, sewing and writing. An elder in her community, Mikkigak is passionate about imparting her knowledge and sharing Inuit culture with the next generation through her work.View Long Biography and Citations
